Missions

Our mission efforts locally, regionally, nationally and globally are sustained by faithful giving allows our church to support mission efforts both at home and abroad: church plants, FBC & other missionaries, ministries and Gospel organizations.

The great commission is our mandate to take the Good News of Jesus Christ to our Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria and the ends of the earth.

Romans 10:14-15 says, “How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in him of whom they have never heard? And how are they to hear without someone preaching? And how are they to preach unless they are sent? As it is written, ‘How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the good news!’”

What to Expect On Mission

For those who have never been a part of a mission trip, it can all seem overwhelming: the expense, travel, what to expect, do you have what it takes, and more. Our goal is to help alleviate your worries, doubts and fears. Every believer is called to serve, and our goal is that every believer be equipped to serve. So the question remains, “What should I expect?”

How To Go

If you are considering joining FBC Missions, we commit to joining with you as you seek to faithfully answer His call. Our warning is that once you go and serve, you will be hooked! Before you return home, you will be planning your next mission trip. If you have any questions about how you can be involved in serving locally, regionally, nationally or globally, simply email Bryan Pinson or call 432.683.0628.
